ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us about any problems with your order.
Once your payment is cleared, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your image (without the markup).
THIS IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED. You may print it yourself.
Your purchase will include: High-resolution 300 dpi JPG (JPEG) image that you can print in different sizes - up to 20 x 30 inches. Starburst Photography does not guarantee the quality of their prints larger than 20 x 30 inches or nonstandard print sizes. Usually, larger prints need additional sharpening to look the best, so if you decide to order larger prints, please consult with a lab of your choice before doing that.
Please note that when you choose different sizes for printing, the image will be cropped to fit those sizes. Make sure that before printing you know how the image will look like after it is cropped by a lab or your home printer.
Ways to Print:
1. Print from home using your home printer.
2. Take file to a local print shop.
3. Upload file to an online printing service.
Please be aware that due to different screen and printer models and settings, printed colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen. So, make sure to print from your trusted lab. Also, images printed on canvas, glossy paper, matte paper, metallic paper, and wood are sharpened differently. Please educate yourself about different types of paper and material you are going to use for printing the image.
You might need to adjust the brightness of the image before printing: Monitors are usually very bright for printing. You can reduce the brightness of your monitor to around 20-30%, then brighten your image appropriately. If you are not sure how to do that, please contact a lab of your choice to help you adjust the brightness before ordering the prints. If you don’t do this, your photos may come out dark.
Canvas: Most of our images are tightly composed with no extra space on the edges, so they might not be suitable for printing on canvas. If you’d like to use an image for printing on canvas, you need to consider the part of the image which will wrap around the edges. 1. Find out the correct pixels per inch (PPI) that the lab needs to print the image. 2. How much extra image does the lab need to wrap around the side and back of the frame? What’s the thickness of the frame? If one or more sides of the image need some extending, you might ask the lab to do so.
